Hey! This will be my label for my syrup! What do you think?! I might take the picture again maybe the same pose but outside next to maple trees.  But I think the idea is there!  Man the syrup is sooo good!!!

Well, it was a success. I have completed my first batch of maple syrup! Yay! Take a look! I think in total I might have made just under a gallon of syrup. Not bad.

Really close to finishing this syrup!! As you can see it just needs to get to 219 F then it’ll be done!

The weather is not in my favor the next few days which means I most likely won’t be able to collect much sap. I think I can’t leave the pot sitting there for fear of bacteria and fermentation. I’m boiling down what I have as much as possible until I hopefully have syrup. Wish me [...]
