Hi Ben!
Sorry it took so long to write back to you. It must be more than a month since you wrote me. I am overjoyed to see how you are living life to the fullest extent possible, traveling the world, creating beautiful music, movies, and probably a lot of other fantastic things. I’m imagining you traveling to Senegal and it makes me so happy. I ‘m wondering what it’s like to be an american in France, hopefully things will get better and Obama will win the election and people will start being positive and working for the benefit of all. I hope that you’re having the best time ever and that somehow you will sharpen you experiences, boil them down, and reforge them in a way that will move YOU and the world Forward, artistically, spiritually and economically. You are a very powerful man and great things will come from you!
I’m here in LA…a few months ago I had 4 callbacks for a real honest to god multimillion dollar movie…which i didn’t get, but I learned so much.
I did a play in a shoe box and kept the beard I grew to be in it. I’m regrouping and going to the beach a lot, and learning to play the piano, which is a true joy.

Your trip to Senegal sounds exciting. Are you going for a vacation or are you doing volunteer work? I really enjoy traveling and have been to a lot of exotic places, but not Africa yet. Stay safe and keep blogging. Your web site is very nicely designed.

I never realized Senegal is as close to USA as UK. Wow what a revelation. and we dont know anything about them what a shame.
